About AnchorPoint

Experience You Can Trust

AnchorPoint Estate Services was founded by Michele Lyles, a fiduciary professional with more than 30 years of experience in trust administration, estate settlement, and private wealth services.

Throughout her career with leading financial institutions, Michele has worked alongside families, executors, trustees, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors to navigate complex trust and estate matters and manage the details that often accompany significant life transitions.

After years of seeing families struggle with the administrative responsibilities that follow major life events and the loss of a loved one, Michele founded AnchorPoint to provide the experienced, organized support she knew families needed.

AnchorPoint complements the work of attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and other trusted professionals by helping individuals and families organize records, coordinate administrative details, and keep important information current and accessible.

Our mission is simple:

To provide organized, compassionate, and experienced support that brings clarity and confidence to individuals and families navigating life's important transitions.

Why AnchorPoint was Created...

For more than 30 years, I have worked in trust and estate administration with leading financial institutions, helping families, executors, trustees, and professional advisors navigate the complexities that follow the loss of a loved one.

Over the years, I noticed something that stayed with me.

Families often left their attorney's office with excellent legal guidance and carefully prepared estate planning documents. But once the estate settlement process began, many found themselves asking the same question:

"What do I do next?"

Suddenly, they were responsible for locating financial accounts, gathering important documents, contacting banks and insurance companies, tracking paperwork, and managing countless administrative details—often while grieving the loss of someone they loved.

That is why I created AnchorPoint Estate Services.

This business wasn't created from theory. It was built from decades of firsthand experience—seeing where families struggle, understanding how financial institutions process estates, and recognizing the administrative gap that can exist between professional guidance, and the work families must manage themselves.

I believe no family should have to navigate the administrative side of estate settlement alone.

My goal is to provide experienced, organized, and compassionate support that helps families move through the estate settlement process with greater confidence while working alongside their attorneys, CPAs, and financial professionals.

Because when families have someone helping manage the details, they have more time and energy to focus on what matters most: honoring their loved one and supporting one another.

Throughout my career, I have believed that trust is built through organization, clear communication, and treating every family with the same care and respect I would want for my own.
